This undated photo was taken in the years following the 1954 photo and is looking northwest. The runway extension is clearly shown by the change in color of the runway at the extension point. The interchanges of Southern State Parkway with New Highway and NY Route 109 also look brand new.

There is more development on NY Route 110, as shown by the buildings adjacent to Runway 14-32 towards the top of the photo in the area currently occupied by Telephonics.
