This photo is also looking north and was taken in 1981. A great many changes occurred at the airport in the 10 years from 1971 to 1981.

Most noticeably, the taxiway system is much more developed adjacent to both runways. The southwestern part of the airport is also starting to show signs of development. The Breslau Gardens homes were removed in this time period (middle of the lower part of the photo).

Development along NY Route 109 has continued to progress, as has development on the east side of NY Route 110.
