Q. How many Fixed Base Operators are located at Republic Airport?

A. There are two world-class facilities – Atlantic Aviation and SheltAir Aviation.

Q. What other aviation services are offered at Republic Airport?

A. A wide range of aviation-related services are available from our on-site tenants including aircraft maintenance, cleaning as well as fixed-wing and helicopter charter.

Q. Is flight training available?

A. There are ten flight schools located at the airport.

Q. We are considering expanding our business to your area, are food, lodging and other service businesses nearby?

A. Republic Airport lies parallel to the NY Route 110 business corridor–a major thoroughfare going north and south–which has a myriad of service businesses including food, hotels, conference centers and retail stores.

Q.How close is Republic Airport to a public golf course?

A. Five courses are located at nearby Bethpage State Park, one of which—The Black Course—was the site of the 2002 U.S. Open.
